Every day, we offer our three best sellers: classic, yuzu & vanilla, and dulce de leche. In addition, we usually have two or three rotating flavours available. These change daily/weekly, but some favourites include black sesame, pistachio & cardamom, ube, pecan & cinnamon, matcha, hojicha & black sugar, manchego, ‘tiramisu’, and more!

Yes, all our cakes (and milkshakes) are gluten free, we don’t use any flour in our cakes.

Yes, all our cakes are vegetarian, we do not use any gelatine.

Yes, our cakes are halal, we do not use any gelatine or alcohol in our cakes, except for the ‘tiramisu’ and espresso martini flavours which contain alcohol.

Yes, our cakes are baked at a high temperature and are safe to eat when pregnant.

Our cakes will stay good for at least 4 days if kept refrigerated.

Yes, we have slices and whole cakes available for takeaway.

Not necessarily, we do our best to keep whole cakes available for walk-in orders, but if you would like a specific flavour for a particular date, we recommend ordering in advance.

We offer single slices (~170g), regular size whole cakes (18cm / ~1500g / 8-10 people), and small size whole cakes (15cm / ~900g / 5-6 people).

We recommend to eat the cake at room temperature, taking it out at least 1 hour before eating. At room temperature all the flavours are more pronounced, however, it’s your cake so enjoy it as you wish!

Unfortunately we do not deliver at the moment, all cakes can be picked up at our shop in Station Bergweg.

We don’t do any toppings (with some exceptions of special flavours such as ‘tiramisu’ or orange & vanilla creme brulee). We believe the cake is best enjoyed without toppings.

You can freeze it but we would not recommend it because it changes the texture and eating experience of the cake.

Yes, there is lots of seating in Station Bergweg with many food and drink options, perfect for lunch, dinner, work, or just a coffee and cake!

We sell milkshakes made with our Basque style cheesecake! Coffee, tea, and other drinks can be ordered within Station Bergweg at the other shops.

Yes, we love dogs, they are allowed inside Station Bergweg.

No, our cakes are not actually burned. We remove them from the oven before they start to burn, which gives our cakes their caramelized top. Basque cheesecake is also known as 'burnt Basque cheesecake' due to its darker and rustic appearance compared to other types of cheesecake, and 'San Sebastian cheesecake' in reference to the city where it was first made.
