Every day we offer our three best sellers: the classic, yuzu & vanilla, and dulce de leche. In addition, we usually have two or three rotating flavours available. These change daily/weekly, but some favourites include black sesame, pistachio & cardamom, ube, pecan & cinnamon, matcha, hojicha & black sugar, manchego, ‘tiramisu’, and more!

Not necessarily, we do our best to keep whole cakes available for walk-in orders, but if you would like a specific flavour for a particular date, we recommend ordering in advance.
